Conscious connected breathing is a powerful process that affects us on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. When our feelings are hurt, we tend to shut down our emotions to avoid further injury. In response, we hold our breath or breathe shallowly, suppressing our feelings, which are stored in the subconscious. During a breath session, we are guided to open the breath and breathe deeply into our bodies. This allows new breathing patterns to begin to develop, which can greatly impact our lives in magnificent ways. On an emotional level, breathwork taps into the subconscious mind to bring awareness to suppressed feelings. As these feelings arise and are felt during a breath session, healing occurs; the feelings are cleared, and we open to the bliss of our divine essence.
